Feeling Fit Club – Wednesdays
The Feeling Fit Club meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-2 pm in the auditorium. This class for older adults helps to improve balance, strength and flexibility to help maintain independence. It’s suitable for all levels – exercises can be done sitting or standing. To sign up, just attend class.
