DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) Skills Training Group
DBT Skills Training Group is a space to learn research-based skills for regulating emotions, managing crises, interpersonal communication and mindfulness. This group is open to all genders with participants needing to be enrolled in individual counseling within or outside of The Center.
