This plan is our “North Star” and outlines a vision of our most impactful work to serve our growing and diverse community. This road map empowers The Center to be an even brighter light for our beautiful, diverse, robust San Diego LGBTQ+ community.

Expand our critical health and social support services for currently underserved communities.

The Center will have a host of options for social and other forms of engagement for the community across and at the intersection of demographics that will increase the number of ways that individuals access The Center and build community cohesion and power, with particular focus on The Center’s priority populations.

Through Marketing and Communications strategies and feedback mechanisms, The Center will promote robust engagement across stakeholders, community, and staff.

The Center will be prepared for future Center expansion through stabilization and development of our staff teams, Board, and systems.
