All of The San Diego LGBT Community Center’s programs are inclusive and supportive of transgender and nonbinary people. In addition to our overall LGBTQ+ resources, we offer services designed specifically for the transgender and nonbinary community through Project TRANS, our Transgender and Nonbinary Services Program. Project TRANS stands for Transgender Referrals, Assistance, Networking and Services.

Group and individual counseling is offered to both offenders and survivors struggling with relationship violence. The Center's RVTIP is certified by the County of San Diego Probation Department and provides a 52-week group counseling intervention for voluntary as well as court-mandated individuals to receive treatment for same-gender/genderqueer relationship violence. Groups include: Men’s Group, Women’s Group, and Transgender & Nonbinary Group. A weekly Relationship Violence Survivor’s Support Group – All Genders is offered as well.
