The San Diego County Supervisorial District 1 Special Election April 8, 2025

Are you ready to vote in the upcoming election?

The San Diego County Supervisorial District 1 Special Election is coming up on April 8!
With anti-LGBTQ+ hate on the rise at both the local and national levels, your participation in this election is critical. Empowering LGBTQ+ folks to participate in the election process ensures that our elected officials prioritize issues that affect our diverse, intersectional community such as housing, healthcare, reproductive justice, and immigration.

Who is eligible to vote?
You can check your voter registration status anytime to make sure it reflects your current address. San Diego County has same-day voter registration, no photo ID needed! Access to voting is as simple as showing up as an eligible voter on election day and submitting your ballot.

Will The Center be a four-day vote center for this election?
No, The Center will not be a four-day vote center for the San Diego County Supervisorial District 1 Special Election. Typically, The Center serves as a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ and allied folks to vote at for elections in San Diego County, however, The Center’s main building in Hillcrest is not located within County District 1. Our team does anticipate that The Center will once again be a vote center for Midterm Elections upcoming in 2026.
