The Center’s Youth Queer Leadership Council (YQLC) program is designed to empower and improve the well-being of LGBTQ2S+ Black, Indigenous, youth of color in San Diego County through leadership development. Please note, this is a closed space for BIPOC youth who identify as LGBTQ2S+ or an ally to the LGBTQ2S+ community.

Youth will be compensated per session!

This program is part of The San Diego LGBT Community Center’s Youth Services Department.
