The Center’s Youth Queer Leadership Council (YQLC) program is designed to Collaborate with a community of young leaders (ages 12-24) to uplift and support the well being of LGBTQ2S+ Black, Indigenous, youth of color in San Diego County. Council members will meet monthly to learn from and support each other, discuss current issues, and plan interventions through civic engagement, advocacy, and community building.

Youth will be compensated per session!

This program is part of The San Diego LGBT Community Center’s Youth Services Department.
