I am excited to share that, beginning May 1, we are accepting nominations for our 2026 LGBT Veterans Wall of Honor!

The San Diego LGBT Community Center enhances and sustains the health & well-being of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, queer, transgender, nonbinary, immigrant, and HIV communities to the betterment of our entire San Diego region.
Our Impact
Building Safety, Stability, and Belonging for LGBTQ+ Communities
Each year, The Center supports tens of thousands of LGBTQ+ people across the region with housing, health, mental health, and community-based services. Our work centers those most impacted by system inequities–LGBTQ+ youth, transgender and nonbinary people, immigrants, people living with HIV, seniors, and LGBTQ+ people of color–and focuses on long-term stability.
We deliver evidence-informed culturally responsive services that help individuals move from crisis to stability, and from isolation to connection.

The Center’s Youth Queer Leadership Council (YQLC) program is designed to Collaborate with a community of young leaders (ages 12-24) to uplift and support the well being of LGBTQ2S+ Black, Indigenous, youth of color in San Diego County.

Participate in the San Diego LGBTQ+ Community Needs Assessment Survey conducted by the County of San Diego. The assessment will help bring attention to services and resources we need in our communities to support our freedom, equality, dignity, health, and well-being.
