Join us for a free community health fair celebrating Pride and prioritizing the well-being of our LGBTQ+ community! American Pacific Health Foundation, Family Health Centers of San Diego, UC San Diego Moores Cancer Center’s Community Outreach and Engagement program, and The San Diego LGBT Community Center are hosting an afternoon of free onsite health services, screenings, resources, food, and more.
