Crisis Services at The Center: LGBTQ+ Crisis Support When You Need It Most
It’s your diva, Isaac Snyder (he/him), the Lead On-Duty Client Crisis Responder at The Center, and I’m honored to share more about the valuable LGBTQ+
Each year, The Center supports tens of thousands of LGBTQ+ people across the region with housing, health, mental health, and community-based services. Our work centers those most impacted by system inequities–LGBTQ+ youth, transgender and nonbinary people, immigrants, people living with HIV, seniors, and LGBTQ+ people of color–and focuses on long-term stability.
We deliver evidence-informed culturally responsive services that help individuals move from crisis to stability, and from isolation to connection.
The San Diego LGBT Community Center has created a resource page to help our LGBTQ+ immigrant community member navigate the changes in policy in 2025.
