50+ and Better Together is the Senior Services program at The Center that provides a community of new friends for seniors. This program is for LGBTQ community members 50 and older.

Join us for a monthly educational, informational, and entertaining presentation focused on the needs of our LGBTQ Senior Community.
This class for older adults helps to improve balance, strength, flexibility, and maintain independence. It’s suitable for all levels - exercises can be done sitting or standing.
If you are 50 years or better and living with HIV, then this discussion group is just for you! Discuss the topics that interest you most. Discover how to feel your best. Socialize with others who can relate.
If you’ve experienced or are currently in treatment for prostate cancer this group is here for you to provide support, empathy, and community. This group is peer facilitated and focused on the support needed by group members.
Express your creativity and explore your artistic expression in the Ageless Art Group! All skill levels and mediums are welcome.
Join us to connect with others who have experienced personal loss. Led by volunteer facilitators, this group is a safe, nonjudgmental space to receive support.
Enjoy a meal with us! The County of San Diego, Jewish Family Service, and The Center are pleased to offer free meals to individuals aged 60 and above at The Center from Monday to Friday, between 11:30 am and 12:30 pm.
Join us in a space to connect older individuals in the transgender and nonbinary community and strengthen the bond between transgender and cisgender older adults.
